Greetings everyone! This is my first blog ever to be published and thought why not introduce some authentic Asian cooking recipe's for those who would like to try it out. It's not that difficult, if there is an Asian Shop nearby you can acquire pretty much everything.
I am a Malaysian and enjoy the various food Malaysia has to offer. Let me give you a brief description on Malaysia, as you know Malaysia is a multicultural country. Many of its cultures originated from surrounding regions as well as traders coming from far away that has existed since the early century. They have greatly influenced the cuisine which comes from the Malay, Chinese, Indian, Thai, Javanese, and Sumatran cultures, largely due to the country being part of the ancient spice route.
Currently I am living in Germany, and i will add in brackets to any spices that are called in German. Or let me know if you don't know what it is. So no worries.....I'm there for you!
